Markus has a particular emphasis on recruiting C-Level, Senior Executives, Non-Executives and Private Equity Advisors on a global scale and supports companies in organizational alignment, rewards and incentives, benchmarking and assessments.

With 20 years of experience fostering global relationships, he brings his broad exposure across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. to work for his clients.

Markus joined Korn Ferry from another global search firm where he held various positions including sector and country managing director roles.

Prior to that, he served as a senior partner and managing director for one of the leading management consulting firms in Germany.

Markus earned a Master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He is fluent in German and English.
