Before joining Salo, Mr. Berra worked in executive search and has more than a decade of experience in the consulting, staffing, and recruiting field. He started his career as a Crew Chief on F-15’s in the US Air Force. After completing his military service, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Maryville College and MBA from the University of Tennessee. After business school, Mr. Berra participated in a leadership development program and held progressive corporate finance roles at Navistar and Exelon. 

He resides in the north side of Chicago with his wife, Jamie, and son, Chase.
