Matthew Phillips

Matthew is a member of the Global Technology Markets Practice. Matthew joined the firm in 2010 and is responsible for the execution of global executive appointments across the Technology, Data, AI and Digital  sectors. Matthew manages engagements spanning the Asia Pacific, European and North American regions.

Matthew’s engagements have included Chief Executive Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Officers, General Management, Chief Information Officers, Country Managers, Senior Executives, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Product Officers and Specialists appointments.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matthew worked within Human Resources with a global IT services leader focused on their consulting practice. His primary focus was on the selection  and development of Partners and Associate Partners.

Matthew began his career as an Environmental Consultant before moving into Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology search focusing on Research & Development. Matthew subsequently moved into Technology with a boutique search and selection firm.

Matthew holds a Masters of Science in Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology from the University of London.
