Matthew Renick helps organizations align leadership, organizational capabilities and talent with moments of technology disruption. He advises CEOs, investors, boards and technology executives on the leaders, teams and organizational structures required to create value during periods of rapid technological change.
Matthew’s work spans executive search, leadership assessment, organizational talent strategy and team build engagements for publicly-traded, private equity and venture-backed companies. He helps organizations turn emerging technologies, including AI, data and digital capabilities, into competitive advantage through leadership, talent and organizational transformation.
Matthew has recruited Chief Executive Officers, General Managers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief AI Officers and senior leaders across the AI, data, product, engineering, IT, digital and transformation functions. He also advises clients on the organizational structures, leadership models and critical capabilities required to compete in rapidly emerging markets.
His work spans healthcare, life sciences, consumer, financial services, industrial and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Matthew worked for another global executive search firm where he served in the Technology sector. Before entering executive search, he was an attorney at global law firm Dechert LLP.
Matthew holds a B.A. in history from Columbia University, a B.A. in modern Jewish studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
