Max has successfully placed over 200 C-level executives, Partners, and Managing Directors into private equity-backed companies, private partnerships, Fortune 500 firms, and boutique organizations. His expertise spans the Professional Services and Cybersecurity ecosystems, with a strong focus on roles such as Chief Executive Officers, Board Directors, Chief Transformation Officers, and Private Equity Operating Partners. His track record includes helping clients navigate complex talent challenges and identifying leaders who deliver measurable impact and sustainable results.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Max spent several years with Heidrick & Struggles, where he specialized in the Cybersecurity, Professional Services, and Technology/Software verticals. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker with Stifel Financial in New York City, focusing on private equity capital raising.
Max holds a degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. He previously earned the Series 7, Series 66, and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) designations. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife Stephanie, their daughter Scottie, and their German Shorthaired Pointer, Koda.
