As a Principal in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals Practice, Meaghan partners with clients to identify senior leaders who drive scientific innovation and long‑term growth, drawing on nearly a decade of executive search experience.
Meaghan specializes in partnering with venture‑backed and early‑stage, as well as high-growth and established biopharmaceutical companies, working with both US and cross-border organizations. Her work focuses on recruiting across research and development from discovery through clinical development as well as business development, strategy/operations, commercial, and other C-level roles. Her work also includes Board assignments and other key leadership engagements.
Meaghan is known for her thoughtful, highly consultative approach and her ability to advise clients through critical inflection points, with experience extending beyond biotech into the broader innovative consumer sector.
Earlier at Korn Ferry, she led research efforts for the Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals Practice, shaping research strategy, conducting extensive talent mapping, and identifying senior leaders across all functional areas in pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked in investor relations at an alternative asset management firm, supporting fundraising and client service initiatives and gaining early exposure to capital markets and governance considerations.
Meaghan earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
