As a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, Melanie partners with organizations to implement strategic talent solutions that drive long-term success. 

With a deep background in client management, business development, and professional services, she collaborates with clients to understand their unique challenges and designs tailored strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Throughout her career, Melanie has developed expertise across finance, accounting, information management, program and project management, internal audit, supply chain management, change management, and human capital. She is passionate about helping organizations navigate transformation, optimize operations, and implement innovative solutions that create lasting value.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Melanie spent over 10 years in the interim and management consulting space and most recently served as Vice President, Southeast Territory Leader at RGP, where she played a key role in expanding client relationships and leading strategic initiatives.

Prior to that, she held roles at UHY Advisors, Paychex, Wells Real Estate Funds, and Bear Stearns. Her career journey has been shaped by a strong ability to align business objectives with actionable strategies, making her a trusted advisor to organizations.

Born and raised in the Southeast (Florida), Melanie currently resides in the Atlanta area with her husband, two (active) teenage boys and dog, Bowden.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the College of Business at Florida State University.
