Meredith has successfully completed executive searches across multiple industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Meredith was HR Manager for rEvolution, an independently owned sports marketing agency, where she led recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, organizational development, diversity and culture initiatives.  Meredith first joined rEvolution in 2013 in Business Development, pitching the company’s services to consumer brands.  Previously to rEvolution, Meredith worked in the Athletics Department at Columbia University as a Sports Marketing Assistant, and also interned with WWE, Major League Soccer, and the 2014 NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee.

Meredith was co-chair of the WISE (Women in Sports and Events) National Business Development Committee from 2011-2019.

Meredith is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and was a Division 1 First Team All-American rower at Columbia University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and a Master’s in Sports Management, as well as a graduate from Phillips Exeter Academy.
