Meredith advises clients on critical leadership appointments spanning Chief Operating Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Procurement Officer, and senior functional leadership roles. Her work ranges from large, global organizations to private equity-backed and family-owned businesses, with a particular focus on understanding the operating environment, leadership mandate, and cultural dynamics required for an executive to succeed.

Known for a highly engaged and market-driven approach, Meredith works closely with clients throughout the search process—from defining the leadership profile and mapping the market to assessing candidates and navigating the final stages of a hire.

She brings a practical understanding of operations and supply chain leadership and has developed a broad network of executives across manufacturing, consumer products, food and beverage, healthcare, and industrial markets.

Prior to her career in executive search, Meredith was a Division I collegiate rower and All-American at Columbia University, an experience that continues to shape her competitive, team-oriented approach to her work. She is also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
