Senior Client Partner – Logistics, Distribution & Transportation Sectors

Meredith Moot is a leader in the Transportation and Logistics sectors within Korn Ferry’s Global Industrial Practice.

With fourteen years of experience, she advises clients on talent strategy, executive search, and Board & CEO engagements worldwide.

Ms. Moot supports clients globally in transportation across all modes (rail, truck, ocean and air), as well as contract logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics, and transportation management with an emphasis on integrated 3PLs.

Additionally, Ms. Moot serves Korn Ferry clients in industrial and business service sectors, including facilities and infrastructure maintenance, asset/equipment management, environmental services, field services and other route- and field-based service providers.

She works closely with public companies and their boards, private equity and infrastructure firms, investment bankers, restructuring groups and associations to support the organizations' most critical decisions: shaping their leadership team and determining how to unlock their potential.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Moot was a core member of the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young in Atlanta, where she provided audit and assurance services to the Office of the Chairman Accounts in global financial services.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she currently serves as a Trustee. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and is based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.
