Based in the Bay Area, Michael partners with leading private equity firms and public companies on top team executive search and succession planning. His management team recruiting centers around revenue and growth-oriented roles – inclusive of Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Customer Officers and heads of M&A and Strategic Alliances. 

Beyond his core focus in executive search, Michael has led CEO succession planning for publicly traded software companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Michael led the software and cloud practice at a large global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where he worked from 2008 to 2014 and 2015 until 2023. Between his two tenures in executive search, Michael served as Partner, Executive Talent at Lightspeed Venture Partners. 

Prior to his executive search career, Michael was a director at Sitaro Group, a boutique consultancy, where he advised Fortune 500 technology firms on marketing strategy and operations. He began his career as a business analyst at WPP/Young & Rubicam’s Wunderman direct marketing agency.

Michael received his BA in political science from Columbia University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
