Michael helps senior leaders transform their organizations to thrive in the Age of AI.

For the past 15+ years, he’s helped clients shape and lead enterprise transformation – integrating growth strategy, operating model design, and business transformation to turn new technologies into transformative results. Working across a number of industries - including Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, and Media – Michael has led large transformation programs for F500 clients, and helped launch NewCo organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Michael led the Organization & Culture practice at a leading growth and transformation consultancy.

Michael is also a former Visiting Scientist at MIT’s Center for Digital Business where he led research in leadership and digital transformation, and contributed to Leading Digital: turning technology into business transformation, published with Harvard Business Press. 

In addition to his role at Korn Ferry, Michael is a professor at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business where he teaches masters-level courses in business strategy,
digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.

He received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Fordham University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.

When Michael is not working with clients or teaching, he enjoys sailing the waters of New England where he lives with his wife and two boys.
