Michael brings 25 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience to his client base, leading senior-level executive search and leadership succession engagements, principally at the CEO, Board, and C-Suite levels as well as for physician leadership roles. He has successfully completed 450+ senior-level searches, partnering with organizations that include prominent integrated delivery networks and nonprofit multi-hospital health systems, academic medical centers, portfolio investments of the private equity community, and managed care organizations.  He is known for his consultative engagement with clients as demonstrated through numerous long-term client relationships.

Michael joined Korn Ferry in 1996 as a Research Associate, leaving to work for a nationally recognized boutique where he led all execution and research efforts for healthcare and technology clients. Upon returning to the firm in 2004, he quickly became an integral part of the team and has held several positions prior to becoming Senior Client Partner in 2012.

Michael demonstrates a broad range of philanthropic activities in the healthcare space and is involved in several industry organizations, including Texas Hospital Association and the DFW Hospital Council.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Baylor University.
