Michel Hannas

With more than 30 years of experience, he has built a career that combines executive leadership and consulting expertise in complex business transformation environments. Throughout his career, he has led and advised organizations on strategic initiatives, turnarounds, new business creation, and structural reorganizations, including M&A and post-merger integration processes across various markets in Europe and Latin America.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he held leadership positions at global companies such as Nokia Networks and Motorola. He also led the Strategy & Innovation area for a major telecommunications operator in Brazil and headed a start-up in the internet access sector.

His consulting experience includes roles at firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Oliver Wyman (then known as Cluster Consulting), focusing on strategy, M&A, and new business development projects for technology companies.

Over the past 10 years, he has strengthened his presence in the global executive search and leadership advisory market, leading the technology practice at a multinational firm in the sector.

During this period, he conducted executive and board-level searches on a global scale and supported organizations in critical transformation agendas, combining growth with performance improvement through structured succession planning, leadership development, talent acceleration, executive assessment, and compensation strategy design.
