Mindy also enjoys working at the  intersection of healthcare and retail, technology and/or financial services given the  evolving market and demand for transformational leaders. As a business strategist  and senior leader in healthcare, Mindy has more than 25 years of experience  providing her deep expertise and a strong network of colleagues. She is highly  regarded for her knowledge of the business issues her clients face and her ability to optimize their human capital expenditure to deliver superior results.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mindy was a Partner at Russell Reynolds  Associates. Previously she was a Business Advisor at MSK Ventures, where she  counseled private equity firms, new business ventures and traditional healthcare  corporations. Mindy spent the prior seven years as a Partner in the Health and Life  Sciences Practice at Oliver Wyman, a management consultancy. Earlier, Mindy  enjoyed 14 years at Hewitt Associates, serving as the Strategy Lead for the  enterprise and before that the Global Practice Leader of Health and Welfare  Outsourcing. She is dedicated to serving clients and creating new business  solutions amidst disruption and opportunity.

Mindy began her career as a National Fellow for Healthcare Leadership, working  one year with the CEO of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and a  second year in the strategy department of a community hospital.

Mindy received her BSc from Pennsylvania State University, and her MSc in  gerontology and MSc in public health from the University of Southern California.  Committed to philanthropic activities, she is a member of the Midwest Board of the  US Fund for UNICEF.
