Nik Kumar is a Senior Client Partner and Global Account Leader in Korn Ferry’s San Francisco Office focused on the Technology practice.
Nik brings 20 years of global business and leadership experience across Tech, Media, Comms, Semiconductor and Consumer sectors, across Consulting and Managed Services. He has a demonstrated track record working at the intersection of Strategy, Technology, GTM, Digital Operations, and Op Model functions.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nik has held executive roles at leading consulting firms, including Accenture, KellyOCG and L&T Technology services, where he led Software and Platform practice.
Nik has advised and worked closely with Fortune 1000, pre-IPO, VC-backed technology clients including marquee Hyperscalers, Cloud and Frontier Model organizations across AI led Digital transformations.
In his role at Korn Ferry, he leverages his tech consulting and functional expertise to collaborate across Korn Ferry capabilities to create value for our clients.
Nik holds an MBA from Ohio University with an undergraduate degree in Computer Applications. He is also a Certified Cloud Practitioner with AWS and Google Cloud.
