Ms. Litvinova also supports leadership and faculty of state and private education organizations in designing and implementing programs that will create a more inclusive and dynamic workforce ecosystem, better harness technology, improve student outcomes, enable more and better research, enhance operational and administrative performance.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Litvinova was a CHRO and HR executive with PepsiCo, FESCO, EVRAZ, Pulkovo and Delovye Linii, where she facilitated and drove transitions to digital and a customer-oriented culture.

Ms. Litvinova holds an EMBA in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
