Olga managed the cultural transformations of key strategic local and international companies.

She leads Korn Ferry’s Media&Telecom practice in CIS region working extensively with top media holdings, key national channels, productions as well as telecommunications holdings.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Olga was leading C-suite recruitment at a leading international executive search company.

She holds an international certification in psychometry assessment and a master’s degree in Spanish Philology.
