Mr. Schiltz has over 17 years’ experience in executive search and has worked extensively on senior level searches across the C-suite and business critical positions (CEO, CCO, Head of Europe, etc.).

He has experience of supporting a diverse client base including Fortune 500 firms, small-to-medium sized public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture-backed companies. Mr. Schiltz also has a strong track record of advising multiple US high growth biotech organizations on international expansion by helping build their respective European leadership teams at HQ and affiliate level.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Schiltz was with another leading global executive search firm as the Managing Partner Switzerland. Furthermore, he was part of the European Leadership team and also co-lead of the Global Biotech Practice. He started his career in the legal and regulatory industries working at two international law firms and the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

He recently completed the International Directors Program (IDP) at INSEAD. Additionally, he attained the Executive Master in Change (EMC) and the International Coaching Certificate (ICC) from INSEAD, with a focus on psychodynamic techniques at the C-suite and Board level. Mr Schiltz holds an LLM from the Columbia University in New York and an LLB degree, with honors, from the University of London. He is fluent in German and English and has a working knowledge of French.
