Having worked in Paris, Lille and Brussels, he has over 28 years of experience including 25 years in Executive Search. Since the end of 2008, he specialized in senior executives and C-suite appointments with a primary focus across the Industry, Consumer & HR practices.

He serves multinationals, mid-caps, private equity backed and family-owned companies, for executive search and talent management consulting services.

In the Industrial Market, Mr. Top serves companies with activities in Building & Construction, Energy, Automotive, Defense, Materials, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Transportation, Textile, etc.

In the Consumer Market, he serves companies with activities in Retail, Agri-Food & Beverages, Cosmetics & Consumer Health Products, Electronic Goods, Entertainment, etc.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Top served for several years with another leading international recruitment firm.

Mr. Top graduated in economics from Edhec International BBA in Lille and is certified Guberna Director Effectiveness.
