Onno brings a well rooted network and strong affinity with the Technology domain. For the last ten years, Onno has worked in the Technology domain (both hard- and software). He brings an excellent track record in identifying, enthusing, engaging and mediating senior executive top talent on an EMEA and Global level. Having worked on both C-level and Supervisory Board level searches for multinationals (listed and non-listed), private/public companies and Private Equity portfolio companies in the EMEA, US and APAC region, Onno brings a truly global, open and creative mindset to his approach.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Onno served as Executive Leadership Advisor and Executive Search professional with another global executive search and leadership advisory firm. 

At this firm, he focused on the execution of a broad variety of senior executive search mandates in the Technology, Industrial and MedTech domain.

Onno brings vast experience and expertise in industries such as Software as a Service, cloud,  (enterprise) software, hardware/discrete manufacturing, semi-conductor and industrial technology companies.

Previously, Onno was Managing Recruitment Consultant for a Medical Devices Recruitment scale up. In this role Onno was responsible for the end-to-end search process, next to leading a team of recruitment consultants.

Onno is a Dutch national and has obtained his Bachelors degree in Technical Real Estate Engineering at the Applied University of Amsterdam. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
