Mr. Veldhuis brings over 15 years of international experience leading organizational design and transformation programs that drive measurable business impact. Oscar is known for combining strategic insight with practical execution, empowering clients to build agile, high-performing organizations.
He leads the civil aviation sector for Korn Ferry in the Netherlands, working closely with airlines, airports, and aviation service providers. In this capacity, he manages several key accounts and plays a pivotal role in the global team serving the civil aviation sector. His functional expertise spans work and career architecture, organization design, total rewards and strategic workforce planning. Oscar is valued for his analytical depth, structured approach to project delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Oscar held international roles in management consulting and HR at leading professional services firms. His experience includes process design, organization effectiveness, change management, performance management and talent strategy.
Oscar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategy, Organization & Innovation) from VU University Amsterdam. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained and certified as a PRINCE2 and ITIL Practitioner. He is fluent in Dutch and English.
