Patrick has more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience. He joined Korn Ferry from PwC, where his responsibilities included Financial Services as a member of the Europe and Switzerland board. Previously, he was Global Practice Leader at BearingPoint and began his career as an underwriter at Zurich Insurance Group.

He advised global, national and start up/fintech companies in North America, Europe and Asia working on growth and organizational strategies, board advisory, digital transformations, restructurings and M&A services.

Patrick joined us from PwC, where he was member of the Europe and Swiss Management Board responsible for Financial Services and held other leadership positions.

Previously he was a global practice leader at BearingPoint and started his career as an Underwriter at Zurich Insurance Group.

He has a business administration degree from the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen and post graduate degrees in leadership and corporate governance from Yale School of Management, Loyola University and University of St. Gallen.

Patrick is a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and teaches on innovation, new business models and leadership in CAS Digital Insurance and MBA Financial Services, among others.

He is fluent in German and English and speaks French.
