Having been both a consultant and an HR business partner, Ms. Fernandez brings a holistic approach to our solutions. Although she has also participated in organizational effectiveness projects, she specializes in the area of talent and development, either leading, designing programs or advising others.

As an HRBP of a pharma company, she was responsible for defining the training strategy of the company as well as delivering long-term development programs to all employees. As a coach, she has a focused, authentic and close approach. Having been part of development programs herself, she believes in and works for helping people to make the most of their individual and collective capability.

Ms. Fernandez has participated in development, assessment and coaching programs in different geographies and across industries such as Industrial, Finance, Oil &Gas and Consumer. She worked in Korn Ferry London's office for 2 years and has carried out projects in Colombia, Portugal, France, Tunisia and Greece, which have enabled her to engage with clients with different backgrounds.

She has developed her 12-year career in leadership and talent, being her areas of expertise Leadership and High-Potential assessment, Competency Modelling and Success profiles definition, Leadership development, Executive Coaching and Change Management.

She is recognized for her global perspective, closeness, authenticity and team collaboration. Ms. Fernandez is also part of the Faculty team of KF, which enables her to train and certify clients and internal practitioners in different KF methodologies.

Ms. Fernandez holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, which awarded her with a special distinction. She is fluent in Spanish, English and has a high level of French.

She is certified in the following assessment and feedback tools: Coding and Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), Emotional Intelligence (ESCI), Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate, Talent Q, KFLA, KFALP, ViaEdge, KF4D, KF360 and TolTek sim- based assessments. She is a certified coach and a NLP Practitioner.
