Peter Keseric is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Professional Search division, specializing in Real Estate, Construction, and Industrial search engagements across all levels of an organization.
He partners with clients ranging from high-growth, private equity-backed platforms and nonprofit organizations to Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them identify and secure top talent that drives operational performance, revenue growth, and long-term enterprise value.
Peter began his career as an Investment Analyst with Lincoln Financial before advancing to Vice President of Investments and Development at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, a $9 billion real estate investment firm. His background on the principal and investment side of the business gives him a unique understanding of how leadership decisions impact execution, profitability, and growth across complex real estate organizations.
Following the 2008 market downturn, Peter transitioned into executive search, focusing on Commercial and Single-Family Residential (SFR) Construction, Operations, and Acquisitions. He built a highly successful practice and team at Lucas Group Executive Search prior to Korn Ferry’s acquisition of Lucas Group in 2021.
Peter is responsible for expanding Korn Ferry’s Real Estate and Construction practice across functional disciplines and hiring levels nationwide. He has successfully completed numerous search assignments for commercial and single-family rental (SFR) organizations at every stage of growth, from emerging platforms to nationally recognized brands. Known for his consultative and relationship-driven approach, Peter advises clients on navigating competitive talent markets, organizational structure, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.
Over the course of his career, Peter has placed Presidents, SVPs, VPs, Directors, and Managers across Sales, Operations, Construction, Redevelopment, and Investment functions. In addition, he serves as Account Leader for several marquee national and regional client accounts, partnering closely with leadership teams to deliver talent solutions aligned with long-term business objectives.
Peter earned his BA from the University of Iowa, where he rowed competitively and served as Editor of the university yearbook. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive tennis and coaching his daughter’s AYSO soccer team.
