Mr. Ambrozaitis has consulted on global strategy implementations, leveraging the breadth of Korn Ferry's human capital solutions to achieve high yield. In partnership, Mr. Ambrozaitis' clients have successfully implemented a wide-range of assessments, developed talent from individual contributor through the C-suite, and provided targeted development for under-represented groups.
During his tenure, Mr. Ambrozaitis has held a wide variety of positions including business development leader, global sales operations, and key client relationship manager, across multiple industries such as specialty retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, and financial services.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Ambrozaitis was a sales and operations leader with a specialty retailer that encompassed company-owned stores, franchises and direct sales channels. During his long tenure there, he held a variety of progressively challenging positions, including store management, multi-unit management, property acquisition and conversion and was integral to innovating new market concepts.
Mr. Ambrozaitis has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maine, Orono.
