With over two decades of experience in executive search and more than 500 successful engagements, Mr. Gomez brings a proven track record of helping organizations identify and secure transformative leadership. 

Known for his adaptable, client-centered approach, Mr. Gomez partners with companies across industries—from emerging ventures to global enterprises—offering strategic insight into leadership trends and talent acquisition.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he led the Chicago office of a national search firm, where he honed a consultative methodology rooted in a deep understanding of each client’s strategy, operations, and culture. His generalist perspective allows him to navigate complex business environments and deliver tailored solutions that align with long-term organizational goals.

Mr. Gomez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Lake Forest College, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law—an academic foundation that enhances his analytical rigor and business acumen.
