Peter’s unique approach to search stems from his strong roots in the industry. He has worn all hats including Senior Associate, Principal, and now Partner. His consultative methodology centers around developing a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, operations, management and culture of his clients.
Mr. Gomez has successfully executed on more than 400 engagements during his career. He serves as a trusted advisor and partner to a wide variety of organizations that value his opinion and input on senior leadership trends. His deep expertise in global projects has allowed him to be highly successful and well known for his work.
Prior to his current role, Peter led the Chicago office of a national search firm.
Mr. Gomez holds a Bachelor degree in Business from Lake Forest College, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business and a Juris Doctor from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law.
