Principal, Private Equity and Technology EMEA

Pietro Sartori is part of the EMEA Private Equity practice based in London where he leads the Firm’s coverage of the PE Technology sector.

Pietro advises  private equity funds across the entire investment cycle and leads executive search projects for portfolio company leaders. He specialises in Chair, CEO, Board and commercial leadership appointments in the data and information services, B2B software and tech-enabled services sector.

Aside from portfolio company work, Pietro has been active in recruiting Senior Investment Professionals and Operating Partners for private equity firms in the UK and Europe.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Pietro spent four years in a private equity backed boutique executive search and interim management firm, focusing on permanent and interim executive officers and board mandates across the UK and EMEA. 

He built a track record in hiring at board, c-suite and department head level with private equity houses, portfolio companies, FTSE and S&P500 businesses across various industries including technology, telecommunications, business services, and professional services.

Pietro holds a First Class Honours degree in Global Business Management from Coventry University.

He is fluent in English and Italian.
