Rachel is a member of Korn Ferry’s Executive Search practice, where she advises organizations on identifying, assessing, and recruiting transformational leaders across Human Resources, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other critical corporate functions.
She partners with boards, CEOs, CHROs, and general counsel to build leadership teams that strengthen organizational performance, navigate change, and enable long-term growth.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning executive search, leadership advisory, and the legal profession, Rachel brings a unique perspective to leadership consulting. She has advised many of the world’s leading organizations across financial services, healthcare, technology, industrial, consumer, real estate, and professional services on executive search and leadership strategy.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rachel held leadership roles with global executive search and leadership advisory firms, where she specialized in executive search across Human Resources, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
Before transitioning to executive search, Rachel worked as a practicing attorney, developing a strong analytical foundation that continues to shape her perspective and approach to advising clients.
Rachel is passionate about developing exceptional leaders and high-performing teams. Throughout her career, she has led mentoring and leadership development initiatives, and championed programs that support inclusion and professional growth.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, magna cum laude, from Endicott College. She is Hogan Assessment certified and earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
