Rebecca Gilley, PhD is a Manager of Search Assessment at Korn Ferry and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. She administers, interprets, and provides feedback on Korn Ferry’s proprietary leadership assessment tool, supplying important data to inform candidate selection. With a background in Clinical Psychology, Rebecca has extensive experience in delivering assessments, therapy, and client-centered care to diverse populations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rebecca worked in a variety of interdisciplinary settings, including forensic inpatient hospitals, probation/corrections, employer direct healthcare, community mental health centers, academic institutions, and private practice. She previously served as a forensic evaluator at The Chicago School Forensic Center, where she completed court-ordered evaluations and risk assessment for outpatient clients. She has experience translating complex data and results to a variety of different audiences, including during court testimony. Rebecca also serves as an adjunct faculty member for The Chicago School's forensic psychology master's program.
Rebecca earned her PhD and MS degrees in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University, and she holds a BS degree in Psychology from West Virginia University. She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois, and she is certified to provide telehealth services in a variety of U.S. states through PSYPACT.
