Reena Rosenwald is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Legal Center of Expertise, which specializes in placing senior legal and compliance executives in law firm and in-house settings.
She has experience placing senior professional in law firms across North America, including lateral partner recruitment, CEO and managing partner succession, and C-level infrastructure leadership. Ms. Rosenwald also places General Counsel and other senior in-house legal professionals in a range of industries including financial services, professional services, technology, and industrial, among others.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Rosenwald practiced as a corporate lawyer. She specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial and cross-border transactions. She provided counsel on a wide range of corporate law issues and advised clients on general business matters.
During her legal practice, Ms. Rosenwald specialized in working with international and private equity clients.
She has a Master's degree in Global Affairs with a focus in international economics and policy. She brings a global perspective to her search process and a deep knowledge of the legal sector.
Ms. Rosenwald holds a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She also holds a Master's in Global Affairs and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto (with Distinction). She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
