She has a proven track record in working with her clients to build their top leadership teams, helping both emerging and established organisations to fill critical roles.

Renu has successfully led and delivered global assignments at Board, C-suite to SVP levels for (Bio)Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, HealthTech, and CRO organisations of varying sizes and ownership structures (public and private),  spanning the UK, Europe and the US.

Her experience with a broad range of companies, therapeutic areas and functions (including R&D, commercial, operations, corporate functions) coupled with her focus on excellence in delivery,  dedication, passion, academic and business background makes her an ideal partner for her clients.

Renu joins Korn Ferry from a global boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm where she was a Partner leading the firm’s expansion across the UK / EMEA whilst continuing to serve her clients globally. Her earlier experience includes building the global Life Sciences practice for a boutique UK executive search firm, as well as an international AiM-listed organization.

Renu earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from The University of Dundee and her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Hull. To complete her academic experience, she undertook an industry funded Post-Doctoral project for Marlow Foods.
