Richard supports clients and leads the Dutch delivery team in the areas of Assessment, Succession, Leadership and Professional Development.
With 25+ years of experience in supporting both people and organisations to get the best out of themselves and others, he has valuable experience across sectors in accelerating growth.
Richard has been working with Korn Ferry for more than 10 years, starting as a contractor and joining in 2022. During his career, he worked in multiple roles, one of them being an interim director within the sector of primary education. As this was during COVID times, it provided him with valuable experience in the area of change leadership.
Richard has a master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and is a registered Psychologist at the Dutch Institute for Psychologists (NIP).
