Richard has multiple years of experience including strategy research and recruitment. He has successfully recruited professionals for a wide variety of functions in industrial and technology sectors, having worked with mature organizations and start-ups. He is also very familiar with companies going through Digitalization in recent years, having delivered many hires in this field.

Prior to join Korn Ferry, he worked at another leading recruitment firm managing a team for specialist recruitment.

Richard has strong track record serving multinational companies and local Chinese companies in their critical hiring based in China.

Richard is knowledgeable and advises multinational clients on multiple occasions about their people strategy in China. He understands traditional businesses and functions very well such as Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Digital.

Richard holds MBA from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, a BS degree with a major in Applied Mathematics and a BA degree in English Literature. He can do some statistical modeling and English writing sometimes out of personal passion, but years passed so please don't test him on either differential equations or iambic pentameters.
