Rick Sklarin is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Silicon Valley practice and a member of the Firm's Global Technology and Professional Services Practices.

Mr. Sklarin specializes in placing Chief Revenue Officers in software and services leadership roles. Rick lead’s Korn Ferry’s Chief Revenue Officers Practice for the Technology Industry and he is a renowned thought leader in the evolution of enterprise sales leadership roles. Rick was named one of The Top 25 Executives of San Francisco for 2023.

Mr. Sklarin works with Fortune 500 Technology companies, mid-market firms as well as Private Equity backed firms in technology and services.  In addition to his Chief Revenue Officer placements, he has also successfully completed assignments for executive leadership roles including CEO, President, General Manager, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer.

Rick started his career in Executive Search at Korn Ferry. He rejoined the firm after 4 years at another leading executive search firm where he was a Partner in their technology and professional services practices, based in Silicon Valley.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sklarin was a Pre-IPO Partner at Accenture working in the Communications, Media and Technology Strategy Practice. He focused his consulting career on helping technology companies build all go-to-market business capabilities.

Mr. Sklarin earned his M.B.A., with Distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned an A.B. in economics from Stanford University.
