Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Dierick was Head of Global Rewards with Royal Philips and held senior HR positions in France, the USA and the Netherlands.
Mr. Dierick participated in (global) networks for senior reward executives.
Mr. Dierick's work is focused on creating performance-oriented programs for executives and managers that support their business strategies. He has advised executive and non-excutive boards of leading public and private organizations.
Mr. Dierick specializes in reward strategy design and implementation, translating business strategy into reward strategies including short-term and long-term incentives; ensuring smooth implementation.
He also specializes in corporate governance, stakeholder analyses, drafting remuneration reports, preparation for the shareholders meeting (AGM), competitive benchmarking (executives and non-executives), external & internal appropriateness testing and executive reward issues related to corporate events (restructurings, M&A).
Mr. Dierick studied Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
