Mr. Seifert works as a senior advisor to clients in a variety of industries, including service, healthcare, higher-education, and the general market. He works with the boards of directors and senior executives, providing them with business and market insight to their most complex people related challenges.
Mr. Seifert has extensive experience with the design and implementation of total reward strategies and governance processes in executive compensation. He works closely with boards and executive management to increase the effectiveness of employee programs, ensuring best practices of governance and measures of return on investment are utilized.
Mr. Seifert has broad experience in analysis, design, and implementation of all elements of executive and workforce compensation, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, equity and capital accumulation programs, employment contracts, deferred compensation arrangements, supplemental executive retirement programs, and other unique compensation and benefit programs.
Mr. Seifert is a member of the firm's national reward practice and is accountable for the design and delivery of training programs. In this capacity, he also serves as a national resource, accountable for the quality assurance of healthcare sector compensation database, evaluations, and analytic methodology. Previous Korn Ferry experience included working seven years in an actuarial consulting capacity.
Mr. Seifert holds a bachelor of business administration degree in actuarial science from Temple University. He has authored several executive and broad based reward articles for WorldatWork, Health Leaders, Trustee Magazine and Korn Ferry.
In addition, Mr. Seifert is also the president of the board of a tax-exempt organization PEBA, a regional compensation and benefits association.
