Rory works with leaders at his clients to re-imagine their businesses and unlock value. With a strong foundation in organizational design and analytics, he works directly with clients to shape and execute engagements, guiding his team and turning analytics-driven insights into actionable business recommendations.
His professional expertise spans organizational strategy and design, activity-driven design, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics.
Throughout his career, Rory has worked across a range of industries, including Industrials, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Telecoms, in the UK, EMEA, and North America.
Most recently, Rory has worked on a carve-out for a global industrials firm, designing the divestment and retained organisations, as well as running the assessment and selection process for both.
Specific previous engagements that Rory has worked on include leading a cost-out restructuring for a global consumer goods company, an activity-driven enterprise org design for a US bank, and designing a digital transition management and talent slating solution for a UK telco.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Rory was a Manager at an OD and workforce planning consultancy – where he led consulting projects and managed strategic partnerships.
Rory holds a Master’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester.
