Business Development Director

Rose is a Business Development Director partnering with clients by providing interim and initiative focused Finance and Accounting senior and executive professionals. 

With a background in Public Accounting as an Accounting Advisor and experience consulting in Salo’s Compass Program, Rose leverages her relationships, technical expertise, and creative solutioning to meet client needs in high-growth, turnaround, and challenging environments. She is especially experienced in partnering with Private Equity backed organizations and Search Funds.

Rose holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University and is an active CPA. She spends her time off traveling, attending live performances, and visiting new restaurants.
