Sachin joined the firm in 2021. Prior to Korn Ferry, Sachin accumulated nearly 20 years of Banking experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Retail and Commercial Banking.

During his tenure in financial services, Sachin was primarily focused on large scale client acquisition initiatives responsible for driving topline growth, increased market share and enhancing customer engagement through the development and execution of industry leading strategies targeting the mass-affluent, newcomer and inclusive client segments. His earlier experiences also include M&A, Corporate and Commercial Banking mandates in Canada, Australia and Asia.

Sachin’s strategic and frontline banking acumen provide him with a unique lens to effectively engage, assess and understand the leadership needs of our Canadian and US clients, making him a trusted advisor for their business and an invaluable resource as they seek to expand into new markets.

Sachin holds a B.Com. from the University of Toronto, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics & Political Science and an M.B.A. from Oxford University.
