Sana joined Korn Ferry in 2016, to drive a set of premium clients in the Industrial Markets practice in India. Since then, she has partnered with leading Indian and International Industrial groups across Agribusiness, Automotive, Chemicals, Transportation & Logistics, Infrastructure, Heavy Manufacturing, etc. Over the last  decade, she has advised clients on leadership hiring, with special focus on CXO and Functional Head searches.

Previously, she was with Grassik, a leading boutique consulting firm, for a period of 5 years. Sana was accountable for driving business in the Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Consumer and Pharmaceutical space. She worked closely with the business and handled lateral level hiring and additionally was responsible for budgeting and driving talent acquisition strategies.

Sana holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Western International  University.
