Sara Keller specializes in the recruitment of management and senior-level Finance & Accounting professionals, with a strong focus on the Controller and CFO level—particularly within industrial sectors such as energy, renewables, construction, and agriculture.

She also places key supporting team members across the finance and accounting function, ensuring cohesive and high-performing teams.​

Sara works across all industries and organization types, including private, public, private-equity backed, and non-profit entities. Her approach blends technical precision with cultural alignment, making her a trusted partner for high-growth and pre-IPO companies.​

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sara was an integral member of finance and accounting recruiting teams focused on the Denver market. She brings over 20 years of business development experience, having worked with organizations ranging from day-one startups to multinational, billion-dollar enterprises.​

Sara earned her BBA in International Business from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, graduating with Renaissance Scholar distinction. Her global perspective is shaped by academic experiences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Paris’ Sorbonne University.​
