Ms. Larson works to understand the business needs and implement solutions by engaging and developing leaders and employees. Her clients include well-known names in financial services, life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare. Currently, Ms. Larson serves as the global leader for advisory services in two of the firm's marquee accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Larson worked for the Minnesota State Senate and the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board.
Ms. Larson specializes in the design and deployment of leadership and talent development programs to accelerate business strategies. Additionally, she helps design diversity and inclusion strategies and development programs to optimize individual and team performance.

Ms. Larson earned a bachelors degree in political science and public administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
