In his role, Mr. Yussefi focuses on advising board of directors and senior operating executives holistically on talent management and talent acquisition to drive superior organizational performance, primarily companies in life sciences. His clients include global conglomerates, medium sized companies, emerging firms, private equity backed companies as well as startups.

Previous successful assignments include multiple senior general management leadership roles, up to and including CEO and board directorships. In addition, Sassan has placed senior positions in medical, regulatory, government, public affairs, quality systems, research & development and other functions.

Mr. Yussefi brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership consulting and executive search to the table. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was with another leading global executive search firm. He started and progressed his career in a top management consulting firm.

Mr. Yussefi holds a MSc in Psychology as well as a Ph.D. in Business. He is fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
