Scott Sette

As a member of Korn Ferry’s healthcare practice, Scott provides thoughtful guidance to clients on their talent management strategies as they navigate complex organizational changes and industry disruption. He has led search, succession, and advisory projects across a wide range of healthcare organizations including integrated health systems, children’s hospitals, academic medical centers, multi-site physician practices, research institutions, health plans, healthcare associations, and private equity.

Scott is well known for employing a thorough, transparent, and inclusive process that provides search committees and hiring authorities with the most informed guidance to best resolve their most pressing human capital issues. Scott differentiates himself by gaining a meticulous understanding of his clients’ organizations and cultures and then accurately translating that information to the marketplace. Additionally, his rigorous candidate evaluation process provides clients with unique insights to make the right hiring decision, not the easy one.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Scott served as a partner in the healthcare services practice for one of the largest global executive search and talent advisory firms. Before that, Scott was managing partner of the North American healthcare services and solutions practice for another leading global executive search firm. Previously, Scott was the president of a boutique executive search firm, where he led the healthcare practice and oversaw the daily operations of the firm. He began his career in the audit practice at Deloitte.

He holds a BBA in Accounting from University of Texas at Austin.

Scott has served on the boards of several healthcare, education, and community nonprofit organizations in the greater Houston area over the last 15 years.
