Shawna Cruz began her career with Korn Ferry in 2007.  Ms.  Cruz  brings  a  wealth  of  diverse experience  in  talent  consulting  and  executive search, advising both Canadian and international companies,  working  across  a  broad  range  of industries and functions, with a concentration on C- suite, Board and executive level placements for public,  private,  private  equity  and  not-for-profit organizations.

From an industry perspective, Ms. Cruz’ work has been wide ranging and has touched on  almost  every  sector,  with  themes  of heavy industrial (including global energy transition, mining and metals and natural resources) as well as the consumer and hospitality space.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Cruz earned a L.L.B. from the  University  of  British  Columbia  and  was  a practicing lawyer for over seven years – working at a leading corporate law firm in Vancouver and then later practicing at both the provincial and federal levels of government.
