Steffen Gräff

Senior Client Partner, Executive Search, German Industrial Market Leader

Running the German Industrial Market, Steffen Gräff is a Senior Partner in Korn Ferry’s Frankfurt office.

Mr. Gräff specializes in identifying top tier senior executives and search execution across a wide range of industrial businesses with a special focus on public listed corporations as well as privately owned enterprises. As such, Mr. Gräff has successfully led engagements for clients ranging in size from mid-cap to large corporations, all having a truly international footprint.

Mr. Gräff specializes in specific sectors within the industrial space with a deep knowledge and great network in General Machinery, Diversified Manufacturing and Packaging. 

Before joining Korn Ferry in 2002, Mr. Gräff was member of the management board at Leo Burnett, one of the major global advertising agencies. He was responsible for the agency’s business development strategy and several blue-chip clients mainly in the industrial and consumer environment.

Prior to that, Mr. Gräff spent two years at Levi Strauss Germany where he focused on leadership roles in marketing & sales.

Mr. Gräff started his career as a Senior Associate with a German executive search firm. Being able to learn the search business almost from scratch, this time was the foundation for his strong commitment to quality, client and candidate handling but also delivery on promise.

Mr. Gräff graduated from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt with a degree in business administration. Having spent a part of his career in the U.S., he is fluent in English.
