Prior to Korn Ferry, Steve held senior roles with global technology and consulting firms, leading large-scale transformation programs and advising executives on modernization and growth strategies.

Steve earned his MBA in Marketing, Leadership and Organizational Design from DePaul University. Based in Charlotte, NC, he is the proud father of three daughters.
