He comes to Korn Ferry with 30 years of consulting and services experience advising clients in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Communications industries. His professional expertise spans business strategy, digital transformation, technology planning, financial analysis, and outsourcing. He has led consulting practices and large $50M to $100M+ accounts at various global services firms.
Steve focuses on helping clients navigate disruptive business changes brought about by digital technologies. He assists companies as they move from initial strategy formulation, to pragmatic implementation, and to ongoing steady-state operations.
His working style is highly collaborative and he quickly earns the confidence of clients, partners, and co-workers. He values building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
Steve holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He resides in Glendale, California with his wife Christine.
