Mr. Upadhyay has worked with clients in building HR strategy, driving HR transformation, HR process reengineering, HR service delivery design across multiple geographies.

He has extensive experience with government and quasi government bodies, family-owned businesses, ICT sector and Financial sector clients in helping create high performance organizations.

Mr. Upadhyay has over 20 years experience and most recently he lead the Talent & Leadership practice for another leading HR consulting firm in Middle East. Mr. Upadhyay has done leadership roles in HR consulting in Middle East, India, China and Hong Kong.

His areas of expertise include HR strategy, HR transformation, HR service delivery design, CXO/leadership assessment & development and performance management.

Prior to joining HR consulting areas 14 years ago, Mr. Upadhyay has worked as a Six Sigma and process improvement consultant and as an Engineer.  

Sushant is a Civil & Structural Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He has worked with clients across US, Europe, India, China and Middle East.

Sushant is an avid learner and continues to pursue learning opportunities in new areas.
