Associate Client Partner, Organization Strategy

Suzy Blackledge is an Associate Client Partner in Organization Strategy, working from our London office.

Suzy has a mission: to empower leaders to build better futures for their organisations. With a focus on Financial Services, Suzy helps clients optimise their human capital, to drive value and deliver on business, technology, and performance strategies.
 
Suzy has 20+ years experience in leading global professional services firms, working with leaders to identify, plan for, and execute on the people and organisational impacts of major programmes, by reimagining corporate mission and purpose, and aligning human capital strategy, workforce structure, operating model, and leadership capability.

Suzy works with Executives across the C-Suite, with a particular focus on Transformation, and Finance, a specialism in cost transformation, and a special interest in harnessing the power of AI. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Suzy led the Financial Services leadership practice for a leading global consulting firm and delivered a number of significant multi-year Finance Transformation programmes.

Relevant project experiences include the following:

  • People & Culture leader (organsational design, service delivery and operating model, business partnering, skills/capabilities, culture change) for a multi-year Group Finance Transformation
  • Cost Transformation Director (organisational design and operating model implementation), leading a cost transformation engagement for a household name insurer
  • Change Director, leading all people-related change activity for a complex global integration (change impact, engagement, training, business readiness, operating model impacts/target options)
  • Transformation and Change Director, leading the preparation of a global OD transformation and operating model implementation, including business case development, engagement, communications and A-Day strategy and planning
  • Agile Transformation leader for a Global HR team in a high-profile reinsurer, including leading the design and implementation of a Global People Strategy
